Insulin

[CBC] The complete blood count (CBC) is a test that quantifies various cells in the blood such as: red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. This test is often used in a variety of ways, such as detecting various immune activity, response to specific treatments, or to help diagnose some blood cancers such as leukemia and lymphoma.

[CRP, hsCRP] Also known as hs-CRP or High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein. C-Reactive Protein is a protein made in response to inflammation. Typically used to assess the risk of cardiovascular disease, including coronary artery disease, heart attack, and stroke.
[ApoB] Fasting for 12-14 hours recommended. Apolipoprotein B is a structural protein found on lipoprotein particles like chylomicrons, LDL, and VLDL and is typically used to evaluate risk for Coronary Artery Disease.

TSH

[Vit D] The 25-OH vitamin D test is typically used to monitor vitamin D levels, and identify deficiency, insufficiency, sufficiency, and toxicity.
Fasting for at least 8 hours recommended. The NMR lipoprofile uses Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy to measure the number and size of lipoprotein particles in the blood, along with other markers like cholesterol and triglyceride levels. The test also provides a lipoprotein insulin resistance score (LP-IR) a composite marker used to evaluate insulin resistance as well as graphed results.

[ApoA1]  Apo A-1 has been suggested as a better discrimination of Coronary Artery Disease [CAD] than HDL. Apo A-1 levels have also been shown to correlate with survival rates or risk factors for those with myocardial infarction and peripheral vascular disease.
